I was very disappointed in the service. I went in to diagnose an oil leak. It was misdiagnosed the first. Then I had th oil leak fixed and two days after it was fixed my car suddenly had new problems. The car should not have left with new problems. I feel after removing the engine everything should have been inspected before leaving dealer. I feel dealer should have paid to fix problems they may have caused.

Awful from start to finish. Find a private mechanic to service your car. After a full 120,000 service I had to return 3 more times. I love my car so much, but I will never return to Michael Hohl or trust another dealership service center!!!!

I took my car in because all the lights on the dashboard came on, I was told that I needed a new battery and the lights would go off. I went to pick up my car and they lost my car keys, took them about 20-25 minutes to find my keys. On my way home I stopped and bought a new Battery for my car. The lights on the dashboard are still on. Nobody knows what is wrong with my car to this day.
Very disappointed with the service. They used conventional oil instead of synthetic. Did not change the wipers and misdiagnosed the cruise control problem. I will not be using them anymore.
