The service itself was great but the price to replace a front wheel stud was steep
My husband had an 11:00 am appointment. He sat there waiting 3-1/2 hours. It was because they had no appropriate mechanic available. 3-1/2 hours to basically changing a tire was excessive.
Sadly the gentleman who helped us check out lacked customer service skills- the lady who checked us in was fantastic
Well one thing I am not happy about in car they did not set the thing that had oil change so everytime I start car says I need oil change and tire rotation
Love the car I was told they could install a CD player before I bough this model I have been waiting since the end of march Told they are having problems getting the CD player I really want the CD player its paid for why cant they solve this problem
Very poor customer service
Detailing was not done Properly. Could have been much better. Over haul it was a great experience with friendly salesman.
Failed to properly reinstall oil pan plug. Engine froze and requires rebuild or new engine.
Stereo issues are not dealer fixable... Tried to tell me they fixed it after I had a drop of appointment. But when I picked up and attempted to work the stereo it was obvious not fixed. The notes on the receipt even said they were not able to fix it. They did not charge me for the appointment and attempted to look at it with me a second time but ended up recommending to see unique sounds who got me a new stereo system.
