Scott the service advisor always treats me with a professional manner. He listens to my concerns and offers what I consider great guidance. He told me when my car would be finished and the work was completed ahead of time.

I like that they send you videos and come to talk to you about them. I do not like that they did not top off fluids like coolant and wiper fluid - though I did make the appointment at the wrong place so they squeezed me in, not sure if that is why they weren't topped off. I also don't like that the video states my battery has issues but when asked they said "that's not really what he said." I bring my car to the dealer because they're "the experts" and I want a higher level of service. Hopefully I get that next time.
