The level of customer service Michael provided was outstanding. He was always available to answer any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and always willing to share new ideas. What also made is so great is that at no point through out the refinancing process have I ever felt like I was left out. He was very dedicated to his job, he even answered his cell phone outside business hours.
