There were times when the employees that we worked with (not Michael) did not completely explain what was documentation was needed and did not give timely feedback. We also had submitted some paperwork and then were contacted days later to be told it was missing (it wasn't). If it was missed in the person's inbox I would have wanted more timely feedback that we were missing something. I feel like this process took much longer than it needed to.

Michael was a miracle worker. We had a particularly difficult loan and if not for his master level knowledge and willingness to find solutions for us our loan probably wouldn’t have happened. He problem solved through multiple road blocks and was very communicative the whole time. Truly have never met a lender more versed in his field than Michael. Would recommend him to every one we know!
