The first day, was the only day I had good communication with him. He failed to inform me that my loan amount had changed, that he could not do what was promised. When I wanted to cancel he turned things around and changed loan amount. Today I received wire in my bank account, I suppose we have funded and recorded. Very poor communication from all involved. Lisa was the only one I ever heard of, had it not been for her I would have canceled.

More communication of what is happening throughout the process. Once it was turned over to the supervisor we had no communication besides what I sought out. I would respond immediately to emails and wouldn’t get a response back for several days. Michael would always answer, but the individuals finishing up the loan did not.

A very long, drawn out & frustrating experience just for a refi loan. And we were told all along a dollar amount we qualified for and in the end received much less. This was the worst loan experience we have ever been through!

Alot of people got involved and I got different things from them all that Mike had to work on. Doesn't seem your departments communicate with each other. Had it not been for Mike I probably would have backed out of entire thing
