This is not on you. If the appraiser had advised us when she was here that we needed straps on our water heater, we could have dealt with it immediately. Instead, the loan was held up a week and a half because of this.

It took too, long to process, alot of mis communications between departments. Amount borrowed to amount recieved was disheartening, especially when i was told all my bill but one would be paid off in the entirety and it wasnt. 40000.00 difference and itball wasnt includes so i feel like your fees were way to much for all the difficulties i had.
