I think someone should have followed up quicker when the appraiser could not be contacted. I also felt like you were upset with me when I asked about it. I don't think I sounded upset when I texted you and it was my loan that was delayed.

I'm very happy that I was able to finally get a refinance with cash out. However some of the people connected with this whole transaction did not even answer some of my email questions... Also from the time that started to the time I finally got the cash out was way too long. They dragged their feet and because of that there's an extra $600 on my original loan that needs to be paid. I'm not paying this , this needs to be paid by mutual of Omaha. Unfortunately I had to contact the CEO of the company to get anything done.

The process was quick as expected. However, we were not satisfied with the rate as the rate was 2 points higher than what was given by other lenders. We tried to get this rate lowered with but to no avail. Regards, Marie B

underwriter problems understanding rmd income not understood probably because my $2m account held crypto; not equities Lisa requested a notary; then title notary; then two day requirement, etc. She was easy to work with and responded in a timely manner, however

Mike advised we would be able to refinanace and also do a piggy back HELOC. Day of signing I was advised everything including the HELOC was on schedule. The day after signing MIke called and said the HELOC was temporarily suspended. One of the main reasons I went with mutual of Omaha was the selling of the HELOC. Very unhappy with that portion. I feel like i was lied to in order to utilize Mutual of Omaha. Mike said he would be sure to help with the HELOC piece and he doesn't answers messagages.

You raised my rate for no good reason. You took an appraisal that one days later would have valued my house $20,000 higher. You delayed my close by weeks, TWICE! And the second time, I didn't hear until 2 days after the close was supposed to happen that it had been delayed. It's been over a week later, and my accounts STILL have NOT been paid. So basically, you sucked, you should refund my fee.
