First visit and it was wonderful!!! Haley, at the front desk, is an absolute delight, took time to explain my insurance and cost for a future procedure. She went above and beyond my expectations. Caroline is an excellent hygienist. I hate having my teeth cleaned, however, with her gentle technique, it was the most pleasant experience that I've ever had. I had an issue with two teeth, and Dr. Pugh's office got me in right away. He fixed the issues quickly and is a true artist! His office staff is also very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Pugh and am grateful to him and his staff for their help!
The staff was welcoming and friendly! The tech made sure that I was comfortable and that I wasn’t hurting at all through the whole visit! Dr. Pugh is by far the most personable dentist I have met! He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed! I will recommend them to everyone!
Best dental experience I have ever had! I had been to dentists in the past that were very judgmental and rude because I need a lot of dental work done because I’ve always struggled with my teeth but these people were so kind and understanding and willing to help me get everything fixed. Really helped my dental anxiety. I would recommend this place to anyone :)
I was suffering from jaw pain. Dr Pugh’s office worked me in the day I called. I feel better already with exercises to do at home. Thanks to DR Pugh’s great staff and of course the man himself. Barbara Barnett
