Everyone took pride in the care they gave. They made the experience a very comfortable situation. Dr. Pugh always has been the best doctor I have found. His care and compassion for the patient is second to none. This is shown through out his staff.
In for my routine checkup and cleaning the visit went great. Staff and Dr. were friendly, easy to talk to or chat with, all-the-while being comfortable while undergoing treatment. Having no dental issues I’m good for another 6 months. I highly recommend Dr. Pugh!

EVERYONE that works there are kind and caring. I always receive excellent care & I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve been a patient for over 30 years and I would and have referred them to anyone.
As always, everyone was exceptionally helpful—even staying late to finish working with me. I’m what you might call a “difficult“ case. Due to my physical disability, dentist visits can be difficult. Dr. Pugh and his entire staff consistently go above and beyond to accommodate me, managing to do this without making me feel like I’m causing them extra work or trouble, even though this is the case at times. I actually enjoy going to Dr. Pugh's office. That is really saying something since I used to hate going to the dentist. Tricia is a great hygenest and is so sweet and gentle. Dr. Pugh is always so nice and caring. From the moment I enter the office until the moment I leave, I have had a great experience.
Dr Pugh's Artistic Dentistry is EXCELLENT! He must have been tops in his class because he certainly demonstrates outstanding technical knowledge in innovative applications for difficult dental problems! He and his Staff are always very professional, courteous and friendly! They're the BEST!
