Michael was fantastic! This was my first time buying a home and while I was very nervous with the process Michael made it as easy as can be. He was available to answer questions it seemed within minutes of contacting him. He really put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend Michael and his team. They also made closing very fast and easy with an online format of signing and reviewing the closing papers.

This was my first home purchase and Michael and his team made the process very easy. He explained every detail thoroughly and made sure I was kept up to date on where we were in the process. I felt comfortable knowing I was only going to borrow what I needed and wouldn't end up over my budget. When I had a question he was very prompt and though in answering. Not only was he and his team very informative but they were very polite and respectful in their communications with me.

Michael was always extremely professional and helpful. This is my second loan closed with him, and both were well-guided experiences. Some time after my original closing, he proactively reached out when rates had dropped low enough that it made sense to refinance, and he quickly provided estimates of my new loan which shaved 10 years off my mortgage! Not to mention everything was closed quickly and smoothly; the whole process probably took less than a month. Thanks Michael!
