Michelle was there every step of the way and guided me through the whole process with unparralelled professionalism and patience. She was consistently understanding and took the time to always explain things for me. Most importantly, Michelle always made time for a phone call or text message and constantly maintained a positive attitude. After just two weeks, my loan was given final approval and my closing disclosure was processed.
Communication was hit and miss. I had to do more follow up than I think I should have especially when I ask what next? Nobody confirmed my signing appt. as it was up in the air. I had to call and ask on the 11th hour. Response was Oh nobody called you? Didn't give me best deal until there was a competitor. However in the end I got what was promised. There was no shadiness.
Michelle was very helpful, professional and so flexible in meeting us in our crazy schedule. Her willingness to work with our restrictions was really appreciated.
I LITERALLY cannot put into words the amazing experience I had with Michelle Costa. As a single woman buying my first home she answered every question and always had my best interest at heart. Not only that, but she made me feel like her only client and in order to make my offer appealing managed a 15 day close! AMAZING! And I got my dream home!! I just can't recommend her enough!
