I so appreciate Michelle Costa and her work ethic. She worked tirelessly with my wife and I and our daughter and son in law to improve their credit score and purchase their first home. She helped educate them on the complicated world of credit and mortgage loans. She also suggested an online training course that once completed enabled the kids to get a better interest rate. So; thank you again Michelle for all of your overtime helping our kids get into their first home.
Michelle Costa is seriously the best and didnt stop until my loan was approved. Actually she still hasnt stoped guiding me along the way and reasuring me that I got this through any obstacle that comes my way. I love that you can just call her or text her anytime for advice or any questions that need to be answered. She explains everything to the tee for me too. Working with Michelle was like working with a family member. She had our best interest at heart, approached everything with a positive "can-do" attitude, and was very transparent and honest. She was always available and responsive, even when she wasn't "officially on the clock." Her follow-up was above my expectations. She had everything ready to close escrow earlier than expected.
