For a VERY LONG time, we have been the "special" case everyone said they WANTED to help us with refinancing UNTIL they realized what we were up against. Some very tricky circumstances that were hard to tackle. We would warn people every time that we were a tough case and they tried at first, but couldn't ever see it through. We either had to pass on any help we HOPED to get or compromise our intended refinancing in some way or another. Michelle met the challenge & helped us to the finish.

This rating is in no way a reflection of Michelle's performance. She was professional, patient and fun to work with throughout the process. However, the amount of proof and documentation of my financial stability and resources required for approval, is far over the top and quite invasive in my opinion. The means take the pleasure out of the ends.
