This rating is in no way a reflection of Michelle's performance. She was professional, patient and fun to work with throughout the process. However, the amount of proof and documentation of my financial stability and resources required for approval, is far over the top and quite invasive in my opinion. The means take the pleasure out of the ends.
Michelle is a total rockstar! She is friendly, communicative, informative and efficient. She has made my refi process (now twice) the most pleasant experience. You can tell that she loves what she does and treats her clients like friends as opposed to customers.
