Walter was such a pleasure to work with! My husband and myself were new to home buying and Walter made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Walter was very informative and explained everything to us thoroughly. He was easily reached throughout the day which was awesome since we had so many questions. I have used Teresa a few times now with purchasing a home. One was conventional and one was a renovation loan. The process went very smooth both times. What I have loved about working with Teresa during home purchasing was her quick responses, direct and honest approach, her determination for the client, and she is personable which made the interactions so pleasant. Buying a home can come with a lot of stress and she lightens that load with her hard work. I would never use anyone else!

Frank and his staff are top notch. Communication was outstanding. I was able to reach him or Tina whenever I needed them. Whenever I had a question they responded right away.I would highly recommend for refinance or buying a home. Everyone on the team was amazing.

My experience, with Stephanie, made me feel so comfortable with her, I could call her when needed , just for a simply question in which she will answers night, day even holiday or vocation. leave a message she will get back to you for sure. that what I love , knowing that return call or an e-mail. so happy to have her as part of my journey, family.

Maria Estrada is a very efficient person. She was really helpful in the whole process and was always available to answers all our questions. She assisted us in the purchase of our first home and I recommend her to any person who wants to buy a house, she has so much experience in this field. María Estrada helped us with our loan with a good rate. She worked to get us the best possible outcome and went above and beyond when it came down to purchasing our beautiful home. When we felt stressed or needed help she was the one to communicate with the other parties and make sure everything was moving along smoothly. She looked out for us and we are more than grateful for her hard work!

I was referred to Jon Stark and he is about the best there is. We just refinanced our loan with them and they are exceptional. They worked with us for months trying to help us with a issue with another lender who is wrongfully reporting false credit information. They were very patient and accommodating in this long process. Ask for John Stark he is a truly honest loan officer.

Our most wonderful interaction with Stephanie Santoro was the best experience we could not have imagined, for my wife and me. She is a very professional, warmhearted and caring person. There are not enough words to describe her. We are Seniors and needed someone to hold our hands to get our mortgage approved, which she did in a much shorter time we expected. The first time we met her she explained everything to us in great detail, and certainly delivered everything she told us. We could not have done this without her.
