Stephanie was great from the first day I met her all the way to the closing date. Mid Island is also a great company for Veterans, they truly made me feel appreciated for my service to the country. I was very nervous going into my first home purchase. A friend of mine recommended Frank and his team and as soon as I spoke with him, I knew I was in great hands. He walked me through every step and was always available (even on weekends and when he was on vacation he responded which was incredible). Buying a house and dealing with a mortgage lender can be very confusing and complicated ,but Teresa made the whole transaction very easy and guided me every step of the way .She is extremely knowledgeable , professional ,patient and always picked up the phone when I'd call . I highly recommend her and her whole staff ,Diane ,Terisa and Stephen . Five Stars !!!

Walter was such a pleasure to work with! My husband and myself were new to home buying and Walter made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Walter was very informative and explained everything to us thoroughly. He was easily reached throughout the day which was awesome since we had so many questions. I have used Teresa a few times now with purchasing a home. One was conventional and one was a renovation loan. The process went very smooth both times. What I have loved about working with Teresa during home purchasing was her quick responses, direct and honest approach, her determination for the client, and she is personable which made the interactions so pleasant. Buying a home can come with a lot of stress and she lightens that load with her hard work. I would never use anyone else!

Frank and his staff are top notch. Communication was outstanding. I was able to reach him or Tina whenever I needed them. Whenever I had a question they responded right away.I would highly recommend for refinance or buying a home. Everyone on the team was amazing.

My experience, with Stephanie, made me feel so comfortable with her, I could call her when needed , just for a simply question in which she will answers night, day even holiday or vocation. leave a message she will get back to you for sure. that what I love , knowing that return call or an e-mail. so happy to have her as part of my journey, family.
