Mid Island Mortgage was fantastic. They were able to give me a good rate and quick closing even during the complications of COVID-19. I was very happily surprised. I was able to have my closing done virtually using FaceTime so that they could see me signing the documents firsthand. This transaction was a refinancing arrangement. They also handled my original mortgage. So, they are good with providing services for existing customers.
