Teresa Balian is the absolute queen of professionalism, knowledge and caring about her clients. I would never go with any one else. She got me my a mortgage when another mortgage company I waited for 2 months would not push through, because of another home I owned. Teresa at Mid-Island was specifically recommended to us by our realtor. She helped us through a long process to eventually acquire a loan for a new construction house. She explained everything, processed our application quickly, and then handed us off to an all-star processor team. They stuck with me to Refi five loans. Great rates. Some were complicated but it ended up being a better deal than I had expected. Other lenders I had contacted would not Erik with me.
