The mortgage process can be painful but Shawn and his crew, consisting of Michael and Tiffany were excellent. Every document I received and needed to sign was easy to read and understand. Any time I may have had a question about something, any one of the three mentioned were there to explain it to me. Not once did anyone lose their patience or seem disinterested. They made what could be a difficult process seem easier.
