The time spend waiting for an answer from the bank was... The time spend waiting for an answer from the bank was long, but the service was great and they were very helpful. The dealership is appealing, clean and there is so many vehicle to look at to choose from.I would strongly recommend friends and family. Thank You

Overall a very positive experience. This makes my fourth... Overall a very positive experience. This makes my fourth Honda over the past 30 years. However, all Honda dealerships are not created equal. A visit to another dealer nearby was not so pleasant; the energy at Midland's Honda was so much more positive, friendly and accomodating. We definitely would recommend Midland's to our friends/family.

This was my first time buying a car and even though my... This was my first time buying a car and even though my dad was with me, Midlands Honda helped me understand everything about the car. They showed where everything was in the car that I might need before I drove off the lot. They really helped me get the car that I wanted exactly how I wanted it, they worked so hard to make this happen.

Don responded quickly to my inquiry with all the info i... Don responded quickly to my inquiry with all the info i needed. He made sure that everything was to my liking. When I had trouble out of my vehicle he didn't hesitate to find out what the problem was and he correctly it quickly. I would not have beaten the price at any other dealership. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Mike... By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Mike was incredibly helpful and didn't try to be deceptive to get my business. It means a lot to be able to go to a dealership expecting to be lied to only to meet one of the nicest people I've ever met. This dealership is very supportive of the military and I couldn't have asked for more.

Ragin Geter, my sales person, was typical of what I've come to expect from Midlands Honda: courtesy, honesty, and efficiency without the aggressive tactics sometimes associated with car sales. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and I would not hesitate to send friends there. Everyone I've encountered, including Deborah Philllips in the finance department, was pleasant and easy to work with.

From the time I arrived at Midlands to the final... From the time I arrived at Midlands to the final signature on the paperwork to the final hand-shake I had a good feeling. All Midlands employees I interacted with were respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They spent hours upon hours helping me make a balanced, careful decision. I am confident I got a good deal on my car and was quite pleased with the overall experience.

I would have to say that the reason I purchased a car from Midlands Honda was because of the professionalism and integrity my wife and I were shown from the moment we arrived. This dealership was very easy to work with. Never felt... This dealership was very easy to work with. Never felt pressured as at other dealerships. Entire staff was very friendly and eager to make me a satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and I will shop there again if the need arises.
