However, once there, we found that a 2010 Honda Fit better met our needs. Tom Collins, the Honda sales representative we dealt with, was outstanding. His professionalism, friendliness, and patience helped seal the deal. We also got a very good price on the car we traded in.

It was well worth the hour and a half trip from Charlotte, NC. I found the car through an online search, and the communication before our arrival exceeded our expectations. The low pressure sales process was greatly appreciated. Great prices and great service.

The salesperson correctedd this problem but she shouldn't have had to. The service staff shouldn't have left the grease there.

This purchase was my first major purchase that I was able to achieve without the help of a co-signer. They explained every detail of the sales process and provided answers to any questions that I had. Telephone calls were returned promptly and never once did I feel that my concerns were not important even after the purchase.
