Mr. Rossi was able to get us in the vehicle we always wanted. He worked super hard which really meant alot to us. We never once felt like we were being ripped off. They gave me a discounted price on the car that was actually offered by the other Honda dealer, but because I was a loyal customer to the service department, they were willing to work with me.
