Queen is the king of customer service I bought two cars on the same day - a CRV and an Accord. When I bought the oil change policy the finance employee told me I could my get oil changed at the Lexington dealership closer to my house. Lexington said no. When I went back to Midlands the finance guy was no longer working there and the new guy wasn’t getting my problem resolved. Queen to the rescue. When I called Customer Service she took charge and shortly thereafter my refund check was in the mail! Thanks Queen!

Customer first in Customer Service Claudette Green truly puts customer first in Customer Service. Purchasing a vehicle, let alone a Honda was not in the forefront of my mind. However, due to her approach to customer service, knowledge of product and genuine care, we are looking forward to our Honda purchase with her and Midland Honda in the very near future.

Terrible Customer Service Midlands Honda has provided me with absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life! I went less than a month ago to purchase a vehicle. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra it was pouring rain the day I purchased my car and I was not given a tank of gas nor was I able to get my vehicle cleaned the day of. About a week after purchase I was having issues with the vehicle and I work two jobs so by the time i have a chance to get my vehicle to them they are closed. Lease We leased a Honda Civic from Yonkers, New York in 2015. During the life of the lease I moved to Columbia, South Carolina and took the car with me. Got bored waiting I purchased a brand new 2018 accord 2.0 touring back in December. I also purchased the oil change and maintenance package. So when I came in for service on 3/5/18 to get my alignment checked and would changed. I was told my alignment was off. I ended up paying for it, but didn't realize it was covered under warranty. On page 9 of the warranty book I'm covered for 12 monthes and 12000 miles . I was also charged for my oils change even though I had a plan.

Flat tire Called before hand and set time for repair. Was told the process would take an hour. Almost 3 hours later I was finally going home. I had to coordinate alternate arrangements for picking up my kids as a result.

Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!!!!!!! All they care about is selling you a car at a high price and getting you out of the door. Sales MANAGERS have no customer service skills whatsoever nor do they care about their customer's. So.....so sad. You treat people the way you would like to be treated.

Purchase Honda CR-V LX This vehicle is good but best save gas money. However they did not give me a choice of CR-V different model like LX, DX and other. I really want sunroof. They give me that vehicle. Also wish they offer me the colors. I lost my opportunity to get Honda Pilot last Labor Day. Good deal just like Honda CRV price that have same idea with sunroof and more. My goal is to get Honda Pilot. Service and part department- not very happy. I came four time for part piece broken. They gave me wrong one and others said... read more
