Lied to and Cheated Mark sold me a car that he either didn't know too much about or he just lied about it. Said the car had new tires without a manufacturer warranty. Said the sound system had functions that it doesn't. The inspection Honda ran on the car was terrible, They didn't catch that the tires were overinflated and old. Told me they changed the oil but the dash literally shows that the oil hasn't been changed in 2 thousand miles. Lied to my face Lied to me about the car and equipment. Refused repair the car a couple days after I bought it despite the salesman saying word for word that the equipment was included and working.
Could not make a deal Quick response to my inquiry. They gave me a quote on the 2018 Rouge but had a closing fee added on. I asked if they could do anything about the closing fee and they responded no. No more communications from them after that. End of negotiations I guess.

Good Dealership, just avoid dealing with Steve Goldstein Used Car Sales Manager, Steve Goldstein, initially started off as friendly, introducing himself and giving information on his background while the sales associate was locating keys for our test drive. They did not honor their written promise to repair is being three months and accounting. Called them severely only to be put hold for a very long time and then hung on me. Pressured into an extended warranty by the finance director I recently purchased a vehicle from Midlands. When I arrived I was greeted by a very personable salesman, who I eventually bought the car from. Marcus was very upfront and honest and I enjoyed my shopping experience.
