Over loaded They never treat customers as the investors ready to invest thousands of dollars. Instead they, they look at customers as if they got to buy what ever MH say. Sad!!
Promises Not Kept! I read some horrible reviews about this place and thought I would give it a try anyway, thinking maybe they were isolated incidents. Overall, the purchase of my vehicle went smoothly, but that's where it ended. I was owed a new key fob with the vehicle and they gave me a "We Owe" slip for it and told me I could take it to any local dealer (I didn't live close) and they would make it and bill Midlands for it. Dishonest, rip-off's! My 27 year old daughter took her Honda, which is under warranty to Midland's Honda today after having the problem diagnosed by two reputable auto mechanics. Your service department kept her waiting for hours, then proceeded to tell her all of the "problems" her car had, none of which was covered by the warranty! Fortunately, she wasn't gullible enough to take your word for it and she demanded her car back. Lost sale to Honda of Columbia Recently I purchased a brand new Honda CR-V from Honda of Columbia (Midlands Honda's somewhat competitor), and here is why Midlands Honda lost my business. Just a number My fiance and I went in to look at the new CRV for me. I test drove the CRV-EXL. Loved it but too many bells and whistles for my taste. The salesperson was just interested in another sale. Did not explain the functions, and didn't want me to take it on the highway. I had to beg this person to do it. Unprofessional Staff Unprofessional Staff...
Service department Scheduled an appointment for 3:00pm to get an oil change and tire rotation, after and hour and a half inquired on how much longer it would be and it hadn't even been pulled into the bay yet. I stated that our appointment was at 3 and it is now 4:30 and was told that when you schedule an appointment it only let's them know to expect you around that time but it does not mean that is what time your car will be serviced then. Worst Service Center Called Teresa to help our daughter who was stranded in Columbia and she assured us at 6 AM on Saturday morning that they would call a towing company and pick up the car. At 7:30 she stated that they wound be there soon. After not hearing back from her and not getting a call from the towing company, called a local towing company and was told that they were originally contacted to get the car but Midland called it off.
