New ar Purchase I delt with Ralph Simpson in the Internet Department. It was the best car deal I have ever experienced. The gentleman was courteous, polite, and understood exactly what I wanted. From start to finish the entire process took less then 2-1/2 hours, He was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone out there looking to make a purchase.
Good selection, good price Originally went online to check out some Cruze prices, was immediately called by several dealerships including Midway. 2nd vehicle search Wanted to replace current high mileage vehicle with one with less miles and more room. Dealer suggested a vehicle and completly inspected it and replaced more parts then originally agreed on and kept at original price.

I felt rushed with decisions, also my visa card was taken I felt rushed with decisions, also my visa card was taken way too early. I asked if they were thru with it, they said no. There was no reason to take it and hold my money hostage. I would give tit to them at the appropriate time. I want a letter of written apology, and explain why you needed my card for four hour. Anyone there would not not do that. That is probably illegal, and they know it.

I was told I would receive my title in a couple of weeks, tops. I am now 7 weeks later, and still have not received my title.
