Poor customer service. Poor customer service. Had a warrantied repair but no loaner was offered. Had to pay oops to rent a vehicle.

They are terrible! They are terrible! Took them 3 weeks to fix my car and charged me $4500.00. It broke down the next week.

Took almost 3 hours for oil change and I forgot to tell Took almost 3 hours for oil change and I forgot to tell them check engine light was on, and they didn't ask me about the check engine light. I have been trying to call the service department for over 2 months but nobody answers the phone. Had to make appointment on internet for oil change. Still have no idea why check engine light is on,
The service center does not answer the phone or return The service center does not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. I had concerns regarding a recent service fix and was told they would run a test and if it came back normal then there was “not a problem”, but it wouldn’t explain the lack of oil in the car - oil just doesn’t disappear and if it’s not being burned, I can’t help but question if the oil was put into the car in the first place.
