The dealer's advertised price is deceiving as they start The dealer's advertised price is deceiving as they start negotiations with bogus dealer "options" added on. They aren't alone as other dealers do this too but they wasted a lot of my time just to get back to their advertised price. They claimed the paint protection was already applied and could not be removed but it is very obvious looking at the vehicle that it had not been applied so this is an outright lie. The engine light came on, a couple days after buying the The engine light came on, a couple days after buying the car. I was near AAA so pulled in. They were getting ready to close do kept it and took me home. The problem? Rodents had chewed through the wiring. I had to pay over$800 to get new wiring! When I called Midway I was told the rodents were my problem because their inspector would have noticed the wiring. I wonderer if they treat all their customers like that or just old ladies in their 80s.

I worked with Xavier, Luis and Lucy. I worked with Xavier, Luis and Lucy. They were all very helpful and professional. I’m not happy about how Midway does business which, in my opinion, is not right. This should be no reflection on the people I worked with who did a good job.
Horrible car buying experience. Horrible car buying experience. I was lied to: Baited to travel 125 miles with an agreed upon price IN WRITING that they wouldn't honor when I arrived. The sales dept. refused to let me speak with the general manager, and the GM refused to return my calls or email. Their "desert protection package" is a joke. Included a charge for window tint, when the truck was already tinted from the factory! And their Zak's paint protection xx didn't even bead water up on the first wash. I got shafted out of the factory molded floor mats that were promised to me for the Colorado 4x4 WT.
