Ok I am stupid for following through and signing documents. But they charged me almost 36 K for a 23K car. So they don?t respect their customer and when they have the opportunity they will rob you of everything they can. Stay clear of this dealership that owes me $12K

They call us over a week later asking where our trade-in is after we called to let them know the day before and day of it being towed to Midway. Who the xxxx is Tyler. Never heard of him. Edwin was good. Edwin was good. The issue I have is the rear rubber mats are the wrong ones or were installed incorrectly. The detailer did a bad paint touch up and since it was a few days after the fact nothing that could be done for me. The new bed liner came out real good. Customer service on items that were not done correctly at time of sale then no help, is not up to standard, buy a vehicle from us and we do not stand behind the mistakes. Have a Good Day.
