Midway Chevrolet Buying Experience and Repair This dealership is one to by pass when purchasing a vehicle, I have way to much drama that happened to me during my purchase of a late model certified Chevrolet and getting a couple of repairs done to the vehicle with purchasing my car there. Terrible Customer Service I was trying to purchase a used vehicle. I live in California and was communicating via phone and email. Because of extremely poor follow through and lack of communications, the vehicle was sold out from under me. I had been looking for this particular vehicle for several months, and had finally found it! The disappointment goes without saying. David tried to help me after Randy totally dropped the ball. But, it was too little, too late.

Not Impressed - Recommend avoiding this dealer! I had located a Silverado 1500 at Midway that I was interested in obtaining more information about, I wrote the dealership through the Cars.com interface, specifically requesting additional photos of the back and interior of the vehicle. Several days later, I received a single photo of the tailgate (which was not very "revealing"). I replied, re-requesting the interior photos. Annoyed. I found this dealer on Cars.com, and the pricing was good, so I came from out of town (6+hrs out of town) to buy from them. I had a specific car in mind, so I contacted them ahead of time to make sure the car was still available. They said they did. I told them the price they had it advertised at, and where I was traveling from. They said "Okay, we'll see you tomorrow." I got down there, and they tried to jack up the price. Buy a Chevy anywhere BUT Midway Chevrolet This dealer has no idea what customer service is supposed to be. They also have no idea what integrity means. They made promises they did not keep and I had to return to the dealership several times to get all the contracted options installed they failed to install before delivering my truck. I finally gave up trying to get them to keep all the promises they made to get me to buy from them. The worst car buying experience I've ever had.

Beware! No follow-through, poor business practices Watch out! You might get a good deal from this place, but if they make a mistake in the paperwork, you're in for a long, exasperating experience: 1. Initial mistake made by dealership resulted in no temporary tags. 2. Promises from salesman to fix it in a few days were not kept. 3. STILL WAITING I PURCHASED A NEW SILVERADO PICKUP FROM MIDWAY CHEVROLET AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL PUT THE CHROME PACKAGE AND DIFFERENT TIRES AND RIMS ON MY TRUCK.IT'S BEEN 25 DAYS SINCE I PURCHASED MY TRUCK.I'LL BET YOU IF I OWED THEM MONEY, THEY WOULD'NT WAIT 25 DAYS BEFORE TAKING ACTION.I'AM VERY DISAPPOINTED,BUT HOPEFULLY THEY WILL RESTORE MY CONFIDENCE WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.

Midway Chevrolet is dishonest I would not recommend Midway Chevrolet to my worst enemies. They are dishonest and told me three times over a period of 4 days that they would be honoring the price printed online....they even sent me an email that specifically said, "This is your price....." I also was given a "secret code" from manager Steve that was going to give me another $500 off the advertised price.
