Silent Treatment! I took my vehicle in for a repair. It was not repaired, nor have I been contacted with any details about future repairs despite calling and leaving messages with my service adviser. I would not recommend this dealer for service.
My Survey I'm grasping for straws at this point because I feel like I have received 800 survey requests after buying my truck. The dealership could used a face lift.
My Tahoe repair Techs need to be cleaner on inside of vehicle.
Service All the service people are very friendly and willing to help and very patient. Once thing that is a constant issue is those of us sitting in the SERVICE area, are always confronted by sales people. For me and others, this is annoying. If I wanted to purchase a car, I wouldn't be sitting on that side of the building! Leave us alone
Mr Show room needs updating
WOO HOO I like the service I receive but I most likely will not purchase my next vehicle from Midway. The sales people call you numerous times in one day, hound you as to why you left and didn't buy a car and then fill up your email with adds and emails asking why you left without purchasing a car from Midway.. Owner I firmly believe that I was over-charged for an extended warranty. The representative or service adviser has been helping me for many years. I know he has tried to satisfy me, but the prices always seem to go up from the quotes I receive on the telephone.
Miserable experience! Delivered the wrong vehicle and the dealership told me to return it. Then it got messy. My deposited money was not returned until I had to hire a lawyer, contact General Motors customer service, and took 6 weeks for the refund. The sales staff are new hires and do not know the vehicles they sell. No one bothered to check that I was receiving the purchased vehicle. Don't waste your time Purchased a used vehicle from them. Mistake. Purchased an extended warranty. Mistake. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. From over-stating what the warranty covers (finance person), to lying to me about what was covered when the vehicle was taken for service (telling me it was covered when it was not) go figure.
