Buying a Used Car The buying process went well. The paperwork got messed up. The person helping me buy the car somehow got his information on all of my paperwork. I am frustrated, trying to sign up for stuff. Onstar, Capital One, etc... The salesman said he would change the paperwork to my information. It hasn't happened yet.
Midway experience good experience, except that the car after less than two weeks, radio failed and front end needs work.
service The service department is very good. They always get the job done pretty quick and do a good job. They even vacuum inside and wash the car. The sales department does a terrible job. The first car they sold me had 3000 miles on it and the sales receipt said the mileage was 0. When I traded that car in they took so long to pay it off we got a 30 day late on our credit report. GM Financial said they would remove the late payment from our credit reports if Midway Chevy would provide a letter stating it was their fault th... read more

Service Dept Hello, Your service Dept is absolutely outstanding! The service manager ( I think his name is Gary) went out of his way to help my mother and I when I lost the only key to my car. I was extremely stressed out about it cuz I needed to go to work and we had family in from out of town cuz my aunt/my moms sister was dying from cancer at home. Chevrolet Colorado 2005 The only thing that did not happen was the vehicle was not washed at the end of the service.
Pleased but disappointed. All was great but I sent my brother over last week to buy a truck. Which he did. As my referral I was promised $200.00. When he tried telling them about it they brushed him off. I've bought 5 trucks from your dealership in the pasted 12yrs. I did not think that this is the way you do business. Very disappointed.
disappointed sell prices on their trucks Way Too expensive . unwilling to do any real honest negotiating. I was able to purchase the exact same truck elsewhere for several thousand dollars less. Too bad. I used to like doing business here for many years. Very disappointed
