GM doesnt honor their warranties Do not buy a GM car. They do not honor their warranties. Midway Chevy Buying from this dealer is a nightmare. They sell you "new" cars with 3000 miles on them. Do not pay off your trade in and get a late payment on your credit report. It takes at least 6 hours to go thru the buying process. When it is finally over they ask you if you are excited. The answer is no. I just want to go home and get out of this place. The service department is always nice and does a great job. They always wash and vacuum the car when they are finished. The repairs are always done right the first time.
Paid for diagnosis, but didn't get one. I'm sure people have gone here, and received good service. Definitely don't doubt that, however, this was not the case for me. Even worse, the people I dealt with were very dishonest, and it was clear that the reason being was that being honest was not cost effective for them in my situation. My experience trying to buy a truck After leaving the Midway Annex, trying to work out a deal to buy a used vehicle, I actually felt it necessary to return home to shower! That's how insulting the experience was. They post a sale price for a certain vehicle... then begin adding on fictitious upcharges! Dropped Midway as my sales option I was prepared to work an internet purchase of a 2018 Chevrolet at Midway. I started the process by recounting a very disappointing purchase experience at a nearby competitor and MG the internet sales manager assured me this would not be the case. Almost a week later and after unanswered e-mails and a continuing series of poorly answered questions I was so frustrated that I dropped Midway as my dealer. Hoerible Service I have purchased three cars through Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix. The sales team has always been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful! The SERVICE team has always been horrible. They allow you to schedule appointments online but fail to honor those appointments when you're there, sighting on multiple occasions that they don't show an appointment in their system. Horrible service Will never come back!!!!! Was sent home in a brand new vehicle and had to bring it back dto financing issues but I was treated like a criminal! Totally uncalled for!
