I would rate this Dealership a negative star if it was possible. They use slimy tactics to try and bait and switch - listing a non-existent car on their website to lure people into their lot just to be told "It was sold today"...oh but we have these others available This is the reason car sales people get the bad reputation - totally deserved here. Stay far away and save your frustration.
Why would you do 8 separate credit checks on me? Uncool and unnecessary and you said you were only doing 1 report. I don't appreciate it. You will be reported to the state for your shady practices.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! If you want to be bullied around and made to feel worthless Midway Nissan is the right place for you!! I walk in to see what I can get approved for I told them my price range was from $14,000 to $15,000, this man had me test driving a $23,000 car. If I could give them zero I would. Spoke with two internet salespeople (Marco and Kevin) about a vehicle. I agreed to their asking price and then noticed they tack on $1800 for window tint, a paint coating and door edge stickers. They wouldn't budge on that and told me it was part of the purchase price. WARNING: Bait and switch sales tactics and illegal credit management practices. Please read all of the negative reviews for Midway Nissan and BELIEVE them. They will lie to you to get you to come into the dealership. Then they will lie to you about the lies they told you to get you to come in. They will take your personal data and illegally pull your credit without permission. There are a lot of honest car dealerships out there. But Midway Nissan is NOT one of them. Horrible service. I got my oil changed today and was told my battery is dead. I have been driving around all day starting my car normally and nothing wrong with it. The car came back "washed" but more dirty then it was when I gave it to them. They lied about the battery and not only that, I was waiting forever to get my car and was told oh they're jumping the car. Service is trash. Rey in finance was great. Still waiting to get my vehicle that had cosmetic issues when purchased to be fixed as promised.
I've been using their services I've been using their services for one of my business vans (Nissan NV) and followed all of their recommendations and always paid their asking price no question asked. But yesterday when I brought my van to fix my AC compressor not only they have charged me $170 just to diagnose the problem but they also quote me $2,200 to replace the compressor!! This review is for their repair center. Don't buy Nissan ever. That's my experience with my 2015 Altima. It broke down near Yuma and I had it repaired there, but it broke down again when I was driving it back to Phoenix. I had it towed to Midway and Jason in the repair department treated me like I was a nuisance. I explained that I'd just spent $1500 on a new head gasket and it broke down again.
