This company did false advertising on KBB.com. They stated that the vehicle they sold me was Nissan certified when it was not. While they did attempt to resolve this, their resolution was to try to get me to buy a more expensive vehicle. When I told them that I didn't budget for that, they had the gall to ask if I could put it on a credit card. Shady, shady dealer. I would NOT recommend the and I while I have a year of service, I don't believe it's probably in my best interest to go there.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Midway Nissan has been one of the most dishonest, unprofessional, and frustrating dealerships I've ever dealt with. When I purchased my vehicle, they explicitly agreed to remove the pinstripes and included that promise in the "We Owe" agreement. Simple enough, right? WRONG. The dealership and salesmen run up the price of a car with additional and UNNECESSARY warranties. They give you the run around of things, lie to make it seem like you are getting a good deal and don't bring to your attention all of the extra charges. Not to mention they rush you through the whole process. Took my brand new Sentra Jason was my advisor he kept it for a week just for the tech to put "unable to duplicate concern" they threw in a axle on the side that wasn't even making the noise, vehicle pulls hard now and noise is still there "surprisingly" taking to another Nissan hopefully they know what they are doing and replace parts on the side that actually making the noise
DON'T come here!!! They are very dishonest and will over charge you. Don't get any of their warranty. They overcharge and will deny you any issue you have with your vehicle, so it won't get covered. I paid for a Bronze Warranty $2600 and to come find out it doesn't cover anything waste of money. I just began searching for a New Vehicle (Dec 15, 2024).....the PRESSURE given ONLY in phone calls and texts was HORRIBLE and OFFENSIVE. Carlos, Gold and Gabriel....(so far, and it's only Dec. 28, 2024)... I will try and add the communications via text.... I would give zero stars if I could. My husband received axsll stating they had oil change special for 59 dollars .Well they ended up charging 113 dollars for oil change, they replaced my windshield wiper blades, charged 40 dollars for that plus they charged labor. They called me to say my batter was leaking and it needs replaced for 350 dollars plus the cabin filter needs changed. I would stay as far away from this dealership!!!
On Friday 12/20/2024, I was contacted on a basic basis to change the engine oil, but the car was taken by the glass and transported openly, and this is what happened, and only the windshield wipers were changed. When they contacted me to receive the car, the surprise was as usual. I was deceived and charged other bills. We heard before about Labor Day and other things with double.
