If I could leave no stars I would. I attempted to purchase a car on Saturday. They gave me a deal with an interest rate and payments. I signed and agreed to this deal. We will never do business with Midway Nissan on Bell rd. We went to sell our Car, The dealership pressured us to buy a car. We took delivery only the next morning the car broke down due to engine seizure. I took a car in for a repair that they were unable to fix. I ended up getting rid of the car. that was a year ago yet every month I receive multiple calls from them about a car I don't have I have told them several times to stop calling me since I no longer have that car. then today the guy that called me had the nerve to curse at me when I told him I've already told you guys I don't own the damn car anymore and to put me on the Do Not Call List
Midway Nissan seems to be comfortable with practicing financial fraud. I wrote them a check for a $20,000 down payment. They cashed the check and also used my banking information to send in another $20,000 debit transaction. Call for help & get the runaround. 3 hours later & no resolution. Unsafe child waiting area. My child (2 years old) was sitting at the table, the table fell on her leg and she ended up falling onto the ground. Pictures included. Table is not locked in place.
We left our car with them and after they couldn't locate the problem, they asked us to leave it a few days. When we picked it up 5 days later, they said they couldn't find the problem. My husband lifted the hood and the air hose to the intake had a huge hole in it. We're talking visible from 10 feet away. We had work done a number of times on another vehicle and every time we get it back, something else is wrong with it. It's important to be mindful that car purchases are very big decisions. There is a balance between being rude and being a sales person. I've been to countless dealerships the past few weeks trying to find a car that fits my family and budget. All these people care about is a number. I will never buy a Nissan simply for this reason. They were extremely pushy and rude, especially the "manager". I have no idea how someone gets a "manager" position when you speak to customers the way he spoke to us.
The classic story of bait and switch I will not put up with any more Warren Buffett dealerships. Everyone is the same in Arizona. I am going to Colorado to buy a car.P
