Don't go to this place. They recommend you to fix things that are not needed. I caught them on two different scenarios trying to rip me off . I will never go back

So I went back into the dealership to clear up my title issue. Daisey was my sales person on the new car.I pulled up into the dealership and Daisey was out on the lot literally standing next me. No hi hello good to see you again she literally turned her back to me and walked away. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff.

Had my car serviced here twice. Both times I was over quoted and able to find cheaper options elsewhere. I received monthly calls and emails asking to upgrade my car despite asking to be removed from the contact list. Last straw for me was when I got weird TEXT messages from employees, starting the conversation with just my name and a "?" Will not be returning here when I move back to the Valley.

You will get scammed. I bought a car from Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale in 2020, so I thought I would be savvy to their tricks. I cought most but still got Scammed. I can only tell you about my experience in hopes you go in armed with this information so they don't pull this on you. First scam. When they tell you the amount of the Kelly Bluebook Value of your trade in, ask to see the print out. I traded a 2020 Sentra SR with 35k miles that was in very good condition. I only had a minimal scrape on the side of the fron... read more

This is probably the most dishonest car dealer out there, do not give them your business. I made the mistake of doing so, bought a frontier that supposedly was accident free had a clean car fax, after getting home and taking a much closer look the truck was obviously in a front end accident as their are multiple signs of damage, and the fact that when they painted the truck it has several areas that are completely missing paint. This was an obvious auto salvage that somehow got in under the radar.I have showed it to them twi... read more

Buyer beware!!!! I was a potential buyer. I was interested in a truck and called the sales department. I worked with Daisy, and she was overall pretty attentive. I sent my credit app in early and she sent me a video. I did asked her specifically to make sure I wouldn't be surprised by anything when I got there since I live 45 min away. She explained the truck is "gorgeous" and nothing surprising.... Keep in mind, I, like everyone else, have purchased a vehicle before, by a private seller and dealership so my expectations we... read more

I decided to take my car to Midway Nissan to get an oil change mind you my car is a 2020 I got my oil changed on November 18, my sticker in my window says, I need a new oil change at 20,400 miles. My car currently has 16,200 miles. Yesterday night I got a pop-up on my dashboard that said I needed to get an oil change and 907 miles. I called Midway Nissan this morning, they don't have any idea what happened. They need to have a service writer call me back. ... read more

I brought my car to get serviced for a recall this morning. I dropped it off and waited till work was completed. Gentleman gives me my paper work and I get in my car and noticed I was missing a couple bucks in silver in my console. I told the gentleman before I left and called the office to complain and all they said was we are sorry.. Never bring your car there.. Horrible place
