Having owned well-trained dogs all my life, I joined Midwest Dog Training in 2007 to team up with the founder. Having good success with Midwest Dog Training’s system, I decided to dedicate my livelihood to training dogs. Since I purchased it in 2009, I have successfully trained well over 2,000 dogs. Chris and Brian did a fantastic job with our 2 yr old German Shepard. We needed some help to control Ryker's behavior issues and lack of obedience with any command we would give her. From pick up to and drop off, Midwest Dog Training program was the best. Ryker is like a new dog, she understands and listens to the commands. Chris did a great job with our Golden Doodle, drove 300 miles one way. Our dog was an outside dog that we wanted to become an inside dog. Chris did a great job at making that happen. The continued support is fast, if I have a question he quickly replies over text or phone. Great experience!

Chris has been training dogs and getting excellent results for their owners for at least 10 years. He may well be the most caring, most effective and most knowledgeable dog trainer within ten states. You can't go wrong having Chris work with your pet.
Scout is a pup that doesn’t trust very well, is stubborn and can become aggressive when stressed. At pick-up, Todd took the time to develop a relationship with Scout that assisted with him being comfortable enough that he was willing to work with him. The staff provided regular updates on Scout and sent pictures so we could see he was healthy and happy. We sent our 6 month old German Shepherd, Koba, to the 6 week board and train. Koba came home a different dog. Bryan and Chris did and excellent job!! Thank you and we are pleased with the results.
We sent a pup that would not listen to commands and became aggressive when told no. After 3 weeks he was returned to us as a much more well behaved dog that follows commands. We were very pleased with the results. I have recommended Midwest Dog Training to friends that recently sent their dogs.
