We worked with Mike to purchase our house in 2007, and have gone back to him for three refinances as rates have dropped over the years. He gave us a lot of options, and crunched the numbers to make sure we understood the whole loan. DocuSign forms worked really good for signature activity during C19. Sending copies of forms became a challenge over and over.... why we were asked to send driver's license 3 times, pay stubs 4 times and verification of employment process needs to be updated with corporation policy and SPI being shared. It appeared having a credit score of 911 with very low debt did not account for anything during the closing process.
