I cannot say enough good about Mike and Cornerstone! We tried to do an assumption through my wife's lender to keep the interest rate (something like 3.875%) It was a nightmare... they'd keep re-requesting the same docs, go for weeks with no communication and then tell us they were going to shut the process down because they didn't have a document we'd just sent to them, etc. Finally, we gave up and called Mike.
