Mike was always quick to respond if we ever had a question and was very pleasant to work with throughout the process.
Mike is unlike any other lender I’ve worked with. Rather than the typical focus on a mortgage loan, he asked the right questions to be able to recommend a refinance solution that comprehensively solves for a more stable and brighter financial position overall. He did a great job from start to finish, was available when I needed to contact him, and was patient and accommodating with all of my questions. Also, I really appreciate being able to close at a location that was convenient for me.
My wife and I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Ronca. We are first time home buyer’s and he could not have been more accommodating with walking us through the process. Thanks again Mike!
Mike went the extra mile to make things right in the end and has continued to follow up and check on my family even after closing. He has that old school great customer service that’s hard to find these days.
Our experience w/ Mike was great, very responsive; our experience with the rest of the Leader1 team horrible. We received multiple requests for the same documents, documents were "forgotten" just before close...calls weren't returned...the same with Priority Title. We were told we'd have to digitally sign documents the same day that notary had us hard-sign;.stayed up until almost midnight - no documents, no communications from Priority Title. Over 3 months, still haven't closed...Unsat!
Mike was relentless, never ever stopped to secure my home alone. Can’t say enough about him great man great American!!
Mike has got to be one of the best loan officers in this area, if not the country. I cannot say enough praises about how amazing he was to me and my now wife. We did not have the best credit situation and we were starting to lose hope we would never be able to secure a mortgage but Mike reached out to me, got straight to work and did a phenomenal job. We are now moving into a beautiful 4 bedroom home that we plan to start a family in one day and this would not have been possible without Mike!
