Horrible dealership. Won’t honor warranties. Stuck me with rental car fees after my sunroof exploded all over my head even though warranty covered rental. They don’t want other users to know they are being sued.

Hate is not the feeling I will say I am experiencing right now. I have never in all my years owning a Kia have seen the service so poor, unjust, and horrible customer service starting with Brandon Silva and everyone under him. Starting with my parents' van ( which is still not fixed), tell them that the problem they were having was not covered under warranty or the lemon law. They had a letter from kia that one of the repairs they needed to fix was under warranty, but apparently, they still said no. Now they are screwing o... read more

Mike Shaw Kia..financing?? So the sales rep says to you everyone who walks through that door leaves happy. Well that is NOT true. They tell you they will always work with you on financing to make sure your a happy satisfied customer. LIARS. We were working on purchasing a 2020 vehicle, & they added $1850 more for protection plan that is free oil changes & tire rotations which we DO NOT NEED.... & requested it to be removed...but they said they can not remove. BULL, It can be removed!!!

DENNIS DAUGHTERY!! WORST MANAGER EVER!! Was extremely RUDE and tried INTIMIDATING my family!! Never have I EVER experienced such lack of professionalism from any type of business! He treated us very poorly and as if we were idiots. Salesman and General Manager were able to mitigate the situation but he really ROBBED us of an overall good experience. What a TERRIBLE experience we have had with Mike Shaw Kia in Corpus. Me and my family have been long time Kia owners owning 6 previous Kia's and my Pregnant wife purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento unfortunately it ended up being a lemon. So we contacted James...
