Was set up for an appt at 6:30 yesterday. Tried to call the dealer to let them know i was on my way and to get started talking to Gabriel (who i had appt with) because i already knew what car i wanted. I was told he had already left for the day and it wasn't even time for my app yet. Receptionist placed me on hold and then never returned to line. I hate to be the type of person who leaves bad reviews, but this has to be done, as I’m starting to regret buying my car from this dealership. I purchased my car from Mike Shaw Kia in May of 2022, and let’s just say, my mom spent A LOT of money on my car, plus on the additional warranty! We picked this dealership because they had a car that I fell in love with, and it just so happened that it was an amazing economy car! We had our KIA towed to Mike Shaw KIA on January 24th because it wouldn't start. They had our car for 3 1/2 weeks. They didn't even ck to see what was wrong with for 2 weeks. They would say it should get in in a couple days, but then would put it off for another week. The service manager wouldn't answer the phone. He would not return calls. They didnt give us a loaner to drive. We were without a car for over 3 weeks. And it only took them a couple hours to fix the car. !!!
Addendums marked up 300%+ on new vehicles. $1,890 above MSRP. Stop ripping off your customers.

Been waiting weeks for a car from Mike Shaw Kia. Dealership literally called at 10 today and said it’ll be ready in 2-3 hours. Then called and said it didn’t pass inspection… 🙄 brand new car didn’t pass inspection. Pretty sure they sold it underneath my BIL for a trade in or to rip someone else off for a better deal for themselves. Shady!!!!! Do not trust these people. Or sales associate Brandon!
Never again will I step foot in this dealership. Their lack of communication is appalling at best. If you’re a woman going in there by yourself, save yourself some time and go to a different dealership. They all think that women are pushovers and have no idea what we are doing when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.
I finally got my Kia-an order I’ve been trying to place for 8 months. I tried to place order multiple times but sales men never called back. They are sexiest-as soon as my husband called they started listening. I was told it wouldn’t be in until Feb 6th that it would arrive or later but it came in a week early without notice. You guys can’t offer us rides while my cars in the shop or even get us a rental ridiculous. it’s been there for 3 weeks. No call updates or nothing, even if there is no update we would want a call. Like if my car part is way taking more than the week you guys told us. Save your money. The preowned car we got sucks. We’ve only had it for 6 months.
