I finally got my Kia-an order I’ve been trying to place for 8 months. I tried to place order multiple times but sales men never called back. They are sexiest-as soon as my husband called they started listening. I was told it wouldn’t be in until Feb 6th that it would arrive or later but it came in a week early without notice. You guys can’t offer us rides while my cars in the shop or even get us a rental ridiculous. it’s been there for 3 weeks. No call updates or nothing, even if there is no update we would want a call. Like if my car part is way taking more than the week you guys told us. Save your money. The preowned car we got sucks. We’ve only had it for 6 months.

overall I would recommend trying a different kia dealership. my car was being looked at for recalls, and a simple check over front to back. the first time I dropped it off it was there for 2 days without even being looked at. I was going on a 3 week vacation so decided I would drop my car off then to give them PLENTY of time to finish. I went in 2 days after I returned and my car was STILL NOT READY!!! they called me the next day saying “1.5 more hours were doing the last recall now” which means after 3 weeks they still hadn... read more

Let me start off saying I will never do business with them again..... From the start they said my car would be in 2 weeks after I got approved In the office that day Well then it happens that the car was never coming in those 2 weeks So basically I was lied to just for them to sell a car I was told different dates every week as to when my car would be Aint Corpus Christi So now we are in December and they said my car was there on the 23rd Then I was later called back and said that it wasn't my car that the vend didn't matc... read more

Up until now I have never had any problems with Mike Shaw service department. I made an appointment to have my car looked at for a possible leak. I called late August and the earliest appointment was September 20th. I get to the dealership on the 20th and EJ tells me that they will have to keep my car 5-7 days just to get the diagnostic done. This was not told to me when I made the appointment with Brandon. Had I been told about them keeping my car for 5-7 days, I would have made arrangements prior to dropping off my car. I ... read more

I purchased a car in march and immediately started having trouble with it. Service department was no help. Made an appointment to be turned away. My car NEVER had a multi point inspection prior to me taking it off the lot. Closed the deal and waited a week before my car was available. They couldn’t get to the inspection part. Had to go up there the following week to have a seat belt replaced and was supposed to have the inspection done oil pressure reading off the wall and I said something is wrong…and it still didn’t get c... read more

They have no sales experience and wanted to put a hard inquiry before I even saw the vehicle. Typical car dealers trying to make a buck. Couldn’t even handle an over the phone application or online application. Kept trying to get me to come in and put me in a more expensive vehicle. 0 out of 5 stars Do Not recommend. Sales reps are worthless Will not be seeing my business. Go over to HicksFamilySubaru In corpus!❤️ They will take you serious and do the best for you.

Having problems with 2020 KIA Forte A/C. Vehicle is only 8 months old with 16,000 miles Service Dept said A/C working drove vehicle 90 miles going to Houston A/C went out again. :-( in Sugarland diagnosis is a short in system all Houston dealerships 3 1/2 weeks behind on work sent Email to Mike Shaw KZiA called left 4 messages no response yet from Mike Shaw Kia. …🥵 I’m handicap, extremely stressed (No One Cares at KIA.
