I went for an oil change and said they would check allfluids and they did but I was also was told they would vacuum the car and check the air pressure in the tires. They told me about the tire tread but didn’t air tires. Also the car mats was wet and dirty from the tech getting out of the car. So I will go back to my original oil change co. At least they do what they promise.
Have not been happy with service center Brandon. Last year I was charged over $400.00 for so called repair in my fuel system. I could only put it less than $5.00 of gas because it would spill out. Was never fixed. Never got refunded or any apology. They did not even take it to put gas in themselves, they just told me to do it and if I still have problems to bring it back. Just recently I took my car in for a recall matter and Brandon recommended something else that was going to cost me another $400, I said no thanks. So I go... read more

Kia didn’t show any interest in helping me to purchase a new vehicle with them. I had been a loyal customer for years. I bought 4 different KIA’s from them and this one I had purchased last was disappointing. Only had 26000 miles on it, 2017 Forte. No one wanted to trade it in or give me a descent amount for it. Unbelievable!! Helped Grandchild get a good car😂😂 a lemon we got!! Had it 3 weeks and in shop it goes. Ok. Got it back 9 days later and it’s good for 3 weeks!! In shop 7 days and we are paying for their mess!! What awful place this has been for us!!
After seeing the good reviews of this dealership I decided to go to get a new car. I got a newer car with low miles at a decent price. I had the car less than a week before it broke down. The coil in the engine was bad and it needed new spark plugs. I was declined the warranty so I had to pay out of pocket for the new coil and spark plugs. The car was in the shop for over two weeks. Took my vehicle in at 10am as told , didn’t get out till 5 pm, was never given updates on my vehicle, had to go up there 3 times before I was told who was in charge of my vehicle, was never offered shuttle either. Very disappointed! I’m not going to name names, but they were rude!
Didn't like how they added $800 insurance to sale w/o asking me before. Sleezy.
