Waited over two hours for an oil change and a seat belt to be checked. By the way the seat belt was never checked. They always take forever and a day for simple things.
RecommendedUpdate this was a lie I was told if I gave good reviews and did a survey I’d get oil changes- They lied - it was stressful they stretched it out for HOURS! Then the battle of pricing and I still walked out without the car I told them I wanted! Apparently because it’s a stick it can’t have a higher trim level- like a working Bluetooth Thanks to the sales staff, management, financing for a great sales experience, and taking all the stress out of it!
Daughter went in to buy her first car. Salesman came back with outrageous interest rate. When we got up to leave salesman got very angry. Not the way to sell a car at least not to our family. It cost Mike Shaw Kia a sell today. He might have been trying a sales tactic on us but it sure did not work.
Hello this is Rick Daughtry told yall that Mick Shaw Kia did not keep their word on a car deal we made with. Had a very concerned employee from Mike Shaw Kia call me about 3 hours after that post. He listened to me and after looking at the paper work he called and told me that they were in the wrong and wanted to make it right. They apologize and refunded me the money it took to repair the vehicle. I want to thank Mike Shaw Kia for stepping up and honoring their word that shows CHARACTER. Thank you RICK D.
On march 19th, my husband and I leased a kia from this dealership and traded in our toyota collora. Deal was done, the contract was signed and we drove off in our brand new car. Only to receive a phone call 4 days later telling us that we had to go back and sing some missing paper work that we had failed to sing on the 1st day there. 1st week- put money down signed paperwork and drove off in a beautiful car 2nd week- got a call that they were going with a different bank and my payments would even be lower than I expected. There I go leaving more of my down payment and signing new paperwork. I went in on the 21st to trade in my vehicle to get a 2015 KIA Sportage. Somehow the payments were going to end up 832$ for 75 months, plus 5,000 cash and 8,000 to trade in my current vehicle I'm sorry but that's 75,000!!! For a vehicle that had a sticker price of 24,000 are you guys serious ??!! I didn't even relies it until tonight when I got to thinking about it I saw the payment and said no. Their big bad sales rep from New Orleans Eddie has supposedly increased their sales double..........but mostly by lying.
