Staff is great, friendly, nice but I think the sales tactics are a little off. List cars for one price and a down payment then tell you the price of the car is double and the down payment 5 times the advertised. I was very disappointed. Ken was nice and polite thought.
Quit spamming my wife by text. If we want to trade car we will call. But if you spam our text we will call somebody else.
Ok we buy a Cadillac we buy also the full coverage coverage bumper to bumper but no son has a head light go out and he takes it in for repair and they tell him someone before he bought it did not add the Cadillac light so it's not covered will I have to spend days fighting with the sales guy and he claims that they're going to pay half really it's our fault please make sure you don't get screwed like we did
