Even though my account shows no back end washer, most don't pay attention. I have to tell the spraying attendant to not spray the back end of the car.

Sometimes I feel like more soap is needed along with more water pressure to rinse off. The maybe the dryers need turned up to move more air.
The lady that helped me with my account mix-up and as long as the price stays at the 49$being grandfathered in. She made the whole experience easy and was a very nice person to talk to. I don’t know what she gets paid but it’s not enough. Truly 1 employee like her will keep you profitable and the reason I only wash at mikes.
