I just stopped by mikes car wash at 1509 s Calhoun st in Fort Wayne, IN and I’ve never had a better experience at a car wash. I was helped by ***and he has made me a forever returning customer. Great way to start my weekend :)))) thanks for your service ****

I use Mikes Carwash on Fields ***** a lot and the Assistant Manager ***** was very friendly, helpful and was very good at his job. I always like using this carwash when I am going thru. He knows a lot about his work and makes sure my car needs are met.Well done *****!!One of your best employees!

Love having a nice clean and convenient place to wash and clean our vehicles, my wish would be to have a location at our south town area. Other then our downtown location.
Did a great job fixing my Jeep that sat for a year
I've been an unlimited pass patron for close to 2 yrs. I have a 2017 ******* ***& wash my vehicle frequently. My antenna fin was knocked off at the Jefferson location on 7/7/25 and a claim was filed. They're denying to replace it because they claim its a used vehicle, the fin was loose prior to wash. I've had no damage to top of my vehicle and if it was loose why hadn't it come off the many washes before? I WILL NOT continue my membership and will continue to dispute this.

Do not put your car through this wash! I took my ******* thier and they scratched my hood terribly. I showed the manager and he agreed and took my information. I received a letter in the mail from Mike's Car Wash stating it wasn't their fault and would be doing nothing to rectify it. I will upload photos to show you. My car didn't have any scratches or marks on it prior to going there. I can't believe this company refuses to fix the damage they have done to my car. Hello, Unfortunately, these scratches are going in multiple directions and there are no scratches on the trunk. If something were to be caught in the cloth to cause scratching, they would be in a consistent pattern, which these are not. These scratches are going from side to side when our cloth that touches the top of the vehicle goes from front to back. I recently tried to take my **** ********* through a Mike's Carwash and the assistant manager made me get out of line. She said that my truck wouldn't fit. She used her radio to call one of the employees over to measure my truck, in which he said that I don't fit. This is a lie, and I personally think the assistant manager told her employee to say I didn't fit, due to the pretty heated argument we had just had. I have a monthly membership l, go all the time. After work I stopped by, and seeing they were not busy, I parked and asked if they could hit my mats. The person said yes, and pointed to the ground where I would typically place the mats, I gave the thumbs up dropped off the mats and left. I went through the wash, used the vacuum, and drove to retrieve my mats. I bent down to pick them up, as I did a worker who I have not talked to yelled loudly at me from behind startling me.
