We recently purchased a brand new 2022 F-150 from ******* **** and were given 2 free car washed at Mike's Car Wash. This past Sunday, 4/2/23, we used one of the coupons and after as we were drying off the truck, we discovered several large scratches around both wheel wells on the passenger side. We spoke to the manager at this location that had us fill out a claims paper and provide him pictures. I really liked Mike's car wash until Saturday February 18th. Around 4:30pm I stopped at this location to get my 2022 *****Suburban washed. This is the only Mikes Car Wash I have taken my new car through and never had a problem. As I was leaving the car wash and sitting at the intersection of riverside and loveland madeira I noticed swirl scratches and straight line scratches all over my windshield. BEWARE of this company. They do nothing but LIE on all their signs. “We are responsible for any damage” is the biggest lie I’ve ever been told by a company. I brought my 2016 BMW which was flawless before going through by the way and it comes out scratched all to heck down the passenger side. I immediately brought it back around to the side and made the manager away and she took some pictures and said she would send it to Janeese to review.
