Went through the car was and got out of the car wash went around my truck and noticed my tail light was gone they had to close the car wash so he could get my taillight come out and ask if I would like to do a claim I said yes filled out paper work and came home and broke my light and got a email said we are looking at it so then I get a letter saying that it wasnt there fault and there is nothing else I can do I will make sure to tell everybody I no not to use them
Something is going on at Mike's Carwash on Glenway. Very suspicious behavior . In review of the incident we found that the customer was loaded correctly on our conveyor and after proceeding into the wash came out and made contact with our equipment. Pictures submitted show no damage to customers vehicle and our equipment was easily repaired. Would be happy to speak to customer or show her the video of the event.
I have been an avid and loyal customer of Mike’s car washes for years. I’ve been an unlimited ultimate customer on multiple vehicles for many of those years. I’ve taken hundreds of trips through their car washes. I run through the Florence location anytime I’m in the area and have the chance. We have looked into Mr. ********* claim and did have our General Manager also meet with him to make sure that we understood everything that was happening with this claim. We have made no changes to our facility or repairs to our tracks as Mr. *******had suggested. My name is ***** and I recently drove my brand new car to Mikes car wash and its scratched up my hood, as soon as I pulled out, I stopped to drive my car and knew instantly what happened. There was a large truck in front of me and I believe dirt or sand from the truck mustve got stuck in the brushes that then caused damage to my vehicle. We did reach back out to this customer and explained why we had sent a letter to him, but he informed us that he had it handled and was going to buff it out himself.
I went through the car wash getting my company van washed, I came out of my van and was going to take off the plastic bags they usually put on my wipers on back windows. They didn't put them even on the wipers that day. Then I noticed a corner bumper piece off the driver's side back. I filed a complaint and few days after they sent me a letter telling me the video evidence shows that my van piece was loose or something before I went in there. That is a lie. Yes, unfortunately when looking into the claim further we found that the vehicle had prior damage to this area where the corner bumper piece came off. There was a dent and scrapes right above this piece which we felt lead to this being loose and causing it to come off inside of the carwash. We always went to be fair with our customers but being there was prior damage this is something we would not be liable for. We do have a sign posted at the entrance of the carwash stating this. very expensive for what you get, most places in the country will let you use the vacums for free but here you pay 2 dollers, used to get the 7 doller carwash now its 11, these guys milk you for every last nickle and think they did you a favor, you go from 11 to 29 dollers and they add basic things that cost pennies to apply, i asked if they had senior or military discounts and he said no and just looked at me like i was stupid, i probably am for coming here, never again. i am sure all the seniors in lawrenceburg will just lo... read more

We do have early bird specials every day from 7am-9am, which can be found here *****************************************************. Prices for this companys services just keep skyrocketing.... First it was $7 for a basic wash...then $8, then $9, amd now $11... where does it end? Will be washing my car in my driveway going forward!

Thank you for your feedback, rising operational costs necessitated an increase in price for our wash plans. We do offer early bird pricing, which is daily 7a-9a, which our basic wash is $9. I just washed my car and as I was brushing the soap on it I threw the brush down because it was like I sliced my finger on a razor blade be careful look at all things carefully before you handle them!!! I was bleeding but was against the clock with 4mins left to finish so I stopped washing then rinsed.. also mikes car wash stop using so much soap so we have to use so much $ to rinse it all off!!!!! I took my Jeep Wrangler to the car wash on Maysville Rd in Fort Wayne, IN. Once I got home, I noticed a 12”x12” area of scratches on my hood. They are more than apparent Swirl Marks from the car wash. I took my car to the manager and filed a claim. They state there is no way that is from the car wash. They have failed to repair my car, and deny all accountability. Very disappointed my hood is ruined; will never return to this business
